Meet the Team
Martin Perkins
I’m a videographer and editor who specialises in authentic brand storytelling. I create video content that helps brands connect with people in a genuine way. I’m drawn to the craft of pacing and structure, or how visuals, sound, and rhythm combine to tell stories that feel purposeful and true to a brand’s identity.
My background spans freelance, agency projects, and collaborative productions, where I’ve worked from concept through to delivery across branded content, events, and video inspired for socials. I’m particularly drawn to stories that feel human and grounded, and I enjoy working closely with teams and clients to bring ideas to life in a way that feels human and authentic.
Outside of work, I’m happiest near the sea. I grew up in Jersey, so the coastline still feels like home. When I’m not filming or editing, you’ll usually find me playing music, chasing a sunset, or eyeing something up in the Lego store.
Kaëlle Quinn
Kaëlle is the Production Assistant of your dreams! She helps to streamline operations on complicated production days, always handy with schedules and ready to jump into the action for some slick B-Roll. She’s also surprisingly strong and determined when it comes to carrying multiple large objects simultaneously, like a cross between a camel and an octopus. Whether coordinating scenes or capturing them behind the lens, Kaëlle is always on the hunt for smiles and laughter – it’s a Kaëlle thing. Radiating positivity and enthusiasm, production days are so smooth, the final results are bound to be breathtaking.
